Join the program

1. Log in to your account at www.okx.com, access the Affiliate Portal, and register for the Brazil Affiliates New User Campaign.

2. Encourage your audience to create an OKX account using your affiliate link or code.

3. When a user affiliated with you trades on OKX, you are eligible for a reward:

   • Tier 1: for every user that completes a single trade in the bracket amount of 1.500 BRL to 1.999 BRL, you'll be rewarded with 25 BRL in USDT.

   • Tier 2: for every user that completes a single trade in the bracket amount of 2.000 BRL to 2.499 BRL, you will be rewarded with 50 BRL in USDT.

   • Tier 3: for every user that completes a single trade of more than or equivalent to 2.500 BRL, you'll be rewarded with 60 BRL in USDT.

Terms and conditions

• The program is tailored for all Brazilian affiliates.

• The activity period is May 13 2024 07:00 UTC-3 to June 30 2024 21:00 UTC-3. Only affiliated users who register within the activity period will be considered for the total Affiliate Rewards calculation.

• New affiliated users must complete a single trade in any Tier within 14 days of account registration.

• New affiliated users must be registered under the OKX Brazil Entity.

• Trading under Advanced mode; Simple mode; Convert through App, and Spot trading; Express buy/sell with BRL; and Convert through Web is counted.

• The total Affiliate Rewards will be calculated by multiplying the number of affiliated users who complete a single trade in any Tier by the Reward amount corresponding to its Tier. The total max reward is $13,500 BRL per affiliate.

• The Affiliate Rewards will be distributed to an OKX account designated by the Affiliate in writing held by the Affiliate.

• All rewards due to the Affiliate pursuant to this campaign will be distributed 15 calendar days after the end period of this campaign.

• Please note that the value of the rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw based on market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.

• We may delay the distribution of Rewards due to system issues or other special circumstances.

• We reserve the right to convert any rewards into another cryptocurrency of equivalent value.

• Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, usage and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the rewards, are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.

• If there's any fraudulent behavior, such as fraudulent registration, buying or selling, or forging identity verification information, we'll strictly review and control the situation, and reserve the right to cancel the participation eligibility and award rights of the related affiliate users.

• We have the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or our terms of service.

• We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.
