欧易区块链60讲 | 第55集：什么是区块链游戏？
哈喽大家好，我是小K君，今天我们要讲的内容是：“什么是区块链游戏？”
所谓区块链游戏，就是区块链技术在游戏领域的一些应用。早在2017年，Cryptokitties加密猫这款区块链游戏，便曾风靡全球。创造了单日超过14000个日活跃地址的记录，总交易额超2亿人民币。可以说，游戏是第一个让区块链技术真正落地的领域。
可能会有小伙伴疑惑，早期很多行业在区块链的布局上都有尝试，为什么单单是区块链+游戏获得了市场的认可？其原因就在于区块链技术重塑了开发者和游戏玩家间的关系。
简单来说，在传统游戏中，因为数据都是运行在中心化服务器上的，这就造成不论游戏规则还是游戏的开发权，都由游戏公司一家说了算。游戏玩家辛辛苦苦付出的心血，可能会因为开发者的一次规则改动而付之东流。
除此之外，传统游戏的游戏机制也不是很透明，像稀有武器的掉落概率、稀有卡片的抽奖概率，对于游戏用户来说都是一个个的黑盒，游戏发开者是否真正兑现，玩家没有办法了解到真实的情况。
但区块链游戏则不同，因为区块链是一个多节点的去中心化账本，整个游戏的开发与维护，会由节点们共同承担，游戏的规则，除了游戏公司之外，玩家们也可以参与制定。这决定了游戏的平衡性与可玩性，天然就是透明且经过用户验证的。
加上，游戏本身就存在道具、金币等概念，这些概念与区块链中的经济模型比较契合，当游戏与区块链的Token经济相结合，玩家们除了单纯的游戏体验外，还可以获得其他的代币Token激励。进而帮助游戏获取更多的新用户，延缓游戏的的生命周期。所以，区块链游戏，才备受市场的青睐。
就目前来看，区块链+游戏虽然落地，却多以卡牌、沙盒类游戏为主，始终没有出现类似“王者荣耀”、“和平精英”等杀手级应用。主要原因还是区块链的基础设施不完善，技术上依然存在不少挑战。包括：
1、目前的公链无法满足高吞吐量，导致应用的性能无法跟主流互联网手游相媲美；
2、区块链的去中心化模式，致使链上数据处理的延迟性过高，无法完成游戏中支付场景的即时体验；
3、价值孤岛问题，各大公链都处于一个封闭的环境，链与链之间，不同链的应用间数据无法互通、价值无法流通、场景无法交互。
正是因为这些问题的存在，致使区块链游戏的发展依然存在一些瓶颈，希望随着跨链、侧链、Layer2等新技术的发展，可以在未来彻底解决区块链的效率问题，真正打造一个属于区块链的游戏世界。
