OKX to adjust position tiers of USDCUSDT perpetual swaps

In order to improve market liquidity and mitigate risks, OKX will adjust the position tiers of USDCUSDT perpetual swaps at 10:30-11:00 am UTC on Mar. 13.
Specific adjustment details are as follows:
