How do I manually redeem my funds in Arbitrum?

After you've completed your order but haven't received your funds in your account, you can manually redeem it with the following guidelines:

  1. Copy your transaction hash by going to Trade > Swap > Transaction History on the web or app. Choose the transaction, then select Transaction Details to access and copy the transaction hash

  2. Open Arbitrum Tools by selecting the button below, and once you're in; insert your transaction hash, and select Submit:

    Select Submit to check the transaction status

  3. If your funds are stuck, you'll be prompted to connect your wallet. Select Connect to connect your wallet
    Note: ensure that you've switched the network of your wallet to ARB network

  4. Once you have connected your wallet, select Redeem to manually redeem your funds

  5. You can check the status of the redemption in the statement generated

    A successful message will be displayed after you have redeemed your funds
