How to participate?

The campaign is only available on the OKX app.Note: Using a sub-account to participate in the campaign is ineligible.

Campaign tasks

1. Learn about Sui: Read 5 short introductions about Sui. You can revisit the learning materials during the campaign period.

2. Take a quiz: Answer 5 questions to test your Sui knowledge based on the introductions.

3. Stake SUI: Make a minimum subscription of 10 SUI on On-chain Earn.

4. Hold SUI for 7 days: Maintain a minimum net increment of 10 SUI for 7 consecutive days.

• You must complete all required Learn & Earn campaign tasks in order to be eligible to earn the campaign rewards.

• The campaign rewards are limited and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, please note that it's not guaranteed for you to receive the rewards even if you've completed all the required tasks.

• Rewards are only allocated to the first 12,400 eligible users, which will be distributed after the campaign ends.

• If you're one of the 12,400 eligible users, your rewards of 5 SUI will be distributed to your funding account within 30 days after the campaign ends.

Rules

• Before the campaign starts, we'll take a snapshot of your SUI On-chain Earn subscriptions on July 18, 2024 at 6:00 am UTC. This snapshot will determine your baseline holdings.

• We'll take daily snapshots at 6:00 am UTC of your On-chain Earn subscriptions during the campaign period. The average increased subscription amount from the baseline snapshot, or "average increment" will determine the size of your rewards. This means you should stake as much as possible as early as possible during the campaign period to maximize your rewards.

Rewards distribution

• Your airdrop rewards = (Your average increment / Total average increment) × Prize pool

• Example (for illustrative purposes only):

  • User A has 5 SUI staked during the initial snapshot taken on April 19.

  • He stakes 5 SUI on the first day of the 14-day campaign, giving him a total of 10 SUI.

  • He stakes another 5 SUI on day 7 of the campaign, giving him a total of 15 SUI. He does nothing else for the remainder of the campaign.

  • User A's average increment is calculated as follows:

    • (10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 15 + 15 + 15 + 15 + 15 + 15 + 15) / 14 - 5 = 7.5 SUI

  • Assuming that the total average increment of users participating in the campaign is 1,000 SUI, and the prize pool is 10,000 SUI. User A's airdrop rewards will be calculated as follows:

    • User A's airdrop rewards = (7.5 SUI / 1,000 SUI) × 10,000 SUI = 75 SUI

Terms & Conditions

1. The "Sui Learn and Earn Campaign" & "Sui Airdrop" promotion starts at 6:00 am UTC on July 18, 2024, and ends at 6:00 am UTC on August 18, 2024. (the "Promotion Period").

2. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms & Conditions of this campaign.

3. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

4. The promotion is only available on the OKX app.

5. According to local laws and regulations, users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Use.

6. For Learn & Earn - only users that have completed all of the following (1) Click on the join now button; (2) Read 5 short introductions about Sui. You can revisit the learning materials during the campaign period. (3) take part in the quiz within the Promotion Period; (4) Stake a minimum of 10 SUI to the user's OKX account on the Sui network; and (5) complete Identity verification, are eligible for the rewards. The Sui Learn and Earn promotion rewards shall be limited to the first 12,400 qualified participating users.

7. Rewards will be distributed within thirty (30) days from August 18, 2024, 23:59 UTC. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.

8. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted. The reward will be converted to 5 SUI for distribution.

13. OKX reserves the right to exclude any participants from this promotion and/or cancel this promotion without notice.
