2. How do I access OKX House?

Make sure that your account is in the DEX ecosystem on the web or Wallet ecosystem on the app to begin with, then:

  1. Head over to the Marketplace option

  2. On the web: within the Marketplace page, you can access it via the OKX House option on the main menu
    On the app: once on the Marketplace page, scroll down the page to load the OKX House

3. How can I place an order?

To place an order:

  1. Browse the available products on the OKX House and once you've confirmed on your desired items, select Add to Cart

  2. Once you’re ready to check out, select the cart checkout option and follow the prompts to complete your purchase
    Note: you’ll need to provide shipping information and payment details.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

OKX House only accepts cryptocurrency as a payment method. You can pay for it with USDC or the specific native token across these 6 chains. Below is the list of all chains supported:

  • Ethereum

  • Arbitrum One

  • X Layer

  • Polygon

  • Optimism

  • BNB Chain

5. Can I use my OKX account balance to make a purchase?

You can't directly use your OKX trading account balance for purchases in the shop at this time. Only on-chain wallets, such as your OKX Web3 Wallet, are supported for payments.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the delivery partners' website to check your delivery status.

7. What shipping options are available?

We work with our delivery partners to provide the shipping service. Delivery times and fees depend on your location and the option selected at checkout.

8. Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

9. What's the return policy?

Returns are accepted on unused items within 14 days of the date you receive the Product. To initiate a return, you may reach out to shop@okx.com, and we'll guide you through the process.

10. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact shop@okx.com immediately. We'll assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

11. How often are new items added to the shop?

Our OKX Shop is regularly updated with the latest products and limited-edition items. While there's no fixed schedule, new additions are introduced periodically, so be sure to check the OKX House page frequently for updates.
