星云设立百万创新基金并启动OKTC节点

OKTC是一条开源的高性能去中心化交易公链，旨在推动基于区块链技术的交易业务落地。作为一个开放的公链生态，任何人都可以竞选成为OKTC超级节点，也可以任意发行自己的数字资产、创建自己的数字资产交易对，并进行交易。同时也将引入EVM虚拟机技术和欧易跨链网关，也会兼容Cosmos的IBC跨链方案。通过OKTC，简单高效地实现区块链的价值互通、用户互通、场景应用互通，最终实现生态体系的共建，构建价值增值体系。

项目背景

星云基金会设立200万美金创新孵化基金，该基金由星云实验室管理，用于区块链创新项目的孵化扶持，旨在探索并参与OKTC等明星公链生态建设，落地区块链技术，为星云创建更大的生态效应和价值。基金首个孵化项目为OKTC节点，基金会旗下的星云实验室将支持节点的搭建及运维。竞选成功OKTC节点可获得奖励，OKTC主网已于2021年1月15日正式启动，目前处于主网稳定性测试阶段。

OKTC出块奖励分配机制：
OKTC每个块生成一个OKT作为出块奖励，每36个月出块奖励减半。
出块奖励分为两部分，一部分用作节点奖励，一部分分配给白名单的Farm池，白名单的Farm池奖励通过提案投票是否打开，若打开0.5okt分配给Farm池，0.5okt分配给节点，若关闭1个okt全部分配给节点。除此之外节点也可以通过提案修改farm池和节点收益的比例。（默认比例1：1）

节点奖励分配细则：节点奖励的25%按投票权重分配给21个超级节点，75%也按投票权重分配给所有节点（包括超级节点和候选节点）

星云实验室节点投票解决方案

节点投票方案是星云实验室预计在OKTC启动节点竞选之后参与OKTC节点竞选。竞选成功之后的节点收益扣除一定的运维费用之后按照其社区用户质押比例分配，详情可关注星云官方公告。

本项目由星云实验室管理运维，旨在为OKTC网络提供基础设施服务，连接星云链与OKTC的生态，并为参与支持的用户获取最大化收益。
