主网升级到v0.19.6.1版本 测试网升级至v0.19.11.1版本
OKTC生态进展：
DappRadar开通OKTC生态专区，并收录了超过20个OKTC生态项目。Top OKTC Dapps | DappRadar
- OKTC庆祝万圣节，联合生态项目Flux,Jswap,Kswap和Crypto Gladiator进行了Trick or Treat万圣节空投活动，参与活动报名用户超2万名，并已完成奖励发放。
- OKTC在官方Twitter开展了官方的首期Talk Session，首期围绕GameFi与Celt, CryptoBlade以及Blade Warrior的嘉宾展开了问答和讨论

开发版本更新：

- 开发区块间隔超过5s，自动下载当时的pprof功能。（100%）
- 完成节点状态增量同步数据（100%）
- 测试网validator节点、rpc节点和浏览器备用节点升级v0.19.12.1版本，使用rocksdb替换leveldb。（100%）
- async commit性能优化（90%）
- 控制gasused在3000w以内的区块预测gasused算法的实现（50%）
性能优化
- 完成并发执行EVM Tx开发，完成功能主网LRP（100%）
- 优化Evm执行，添加keccak256 cache，提高evm执行效率（100%）
- 优化make脚本，添加go 编译优化，提高代码执行效率（100%）
- iavl cache设置为1000W，提高cache 命中率，提升交易执行速度（100%）
Bug修复
- 修复evm多次验证签名的bug
- 修复local replay报错问题

OKTC是开源、开放的去中心化公链，任何人都可自由部署项目。从区块链技术的原理上来说，欧易无法对OKTC上的任何项目的质量进行把控，也不会为任何项目背书和负责。
