新用户在欧易买比特币、以太坊等数字资产之前，需要完成一些准备工作；或者说为了更顺畅的在欧易进行交易，需要进行一些基础设置和操作。这些准备包括：个人信息设置、充值、资金划转等。
一、个人安全和信息设置
主要包括3项：身份认证、安全设置、绑定支付方式。
1.身份认证
打开欧易 App 首页，点击左上角图标-【个人资料和设置】-【个人资料】-【身份认证】。点击【立即认证】，进入身份认证页面。您需要上传证件照，并通过人脸验证，根据页面提示完成证件上传和实人认证。
视频认证，需要在【 C2C 买币】中进行。打开欧易 App 首页，点击【 C2C 买币】，选择【我的】-【C2C视频认证】-【立即认证】。视频认证时，请确保开启声音，打开摄像头，不要连接耳机。系统会朗读风险提示，您不需要跟读。确认信息无误后，请您在“嘀”声后回答【是的】，然后提交资料，等待审核。
2.安全设置
点击左上角图标，进入个人主页，点击【安全设置】—【手机验证】，按提示完成手机号绑定。
注：如果是用手机注册的用户，则不用再绑定手机号，可以按照同样的步骤绑定邮箱。
此页面也可以进行【登录密码】修改、设置【指纹识别】【手势密码】、【身份验证应用】、【防钓鱼码】等。个人信息设置越完善，越有利于后续交易与账户安全保护。
3.绑定收付款方式
新注册欧易的用户，完成身份认证之后，如果首次进行买卖币交易，需添加收付款方式，即绑定银行卡/支付宝/微信。
打开欧易APP首页，点击【C2C买币】，点击右上角【更多】图标—【收付款设置】—【添加收款方式】，选择相应的银行卡/支付宝/微信支付进行绑定设置即可。
二、如何充值
充值是将其他交易平台账户或钱包中的数字资产转入至欧易账户内。如果您在其他平台或钱包中有数字资产，想要充入欧易进行交易，可以选择充值。
以充值USDT为例：打开APP首页，点击右下角【资产】，选择【充值】—选择币种【USDT】—选择充值网络【USDT-ERC20/USDT-TRC20/USDT-OEC】—【复制地址】。
然后打开其他平台或钱包，选择提币/提现，将刚刚在欧易复制的地址粘贴进去，按照提示填好相关信息并确认即可。
注：选择充值网络时，其他交易所或钱包【提币/提现网络】要与欧易充值的网络保持一致，例如都为USDT-ERC20，否则币可能会丢失。
某些币种需要填写标签，例如XRP，在充值地址的上方会标注需要填写的标签，通常是一串数字，充值这些币种时必须需要填写充值地址和标签，否则币可能会丢失。
三、资金划转
在买/卖币交易区成功购买一笔数字资产后（例如USDT），这笔数字资产会进入您的【资金账户】。若想要再用其交易其他数字资产，例如狗狗币DOGE，需要先进行资金划转，将币从【资金账户】划转到【交易账户】。
温馨提示：用户在【资产】、【交易】等页面均可进行资金划转。
【资产】页面进行资金划转步骤如下：打开欧易APP，点击底部右下角【资产】—【资金划转】—选择币种，以【USDT】为例—从【资金账户】—到【交易账户】—输入划转【数量】—【确定】。
注：点击箭头方向可直接切换划转方向。
【交易】页面进行资金划转：打开欧易APP，在交易页面点击进入某币种（如ETH）页面，选择可用金额后的划转图标，或点击左上角更多标识，从【资金账户】—到【交易账户】—输入划转【数量】—【确定】。
