数字资产充值何时到账：充值是需要网络确认才能到账的，不同的币种网络确认数是不同的，由于网络确认是区块进行的，具体的时间是以区块确认速度为准。若长时间未到账，请联系在线客服，或者提交【问题反馈】选择充币未到账，按照页面提示填写相关信息，由工程师进一步处理。
手续费是多少：充值无需支付手续费，手续费是由提币方支付的。链上提币需要支付手续费，手续费是作为酬劳支付给网络矿工的，手续费是实时变动的，每提现一次，需要支付一笔手续费，具体提现手续费以提现页面显示为准。
