How do I submit my proof of address (POA) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)?
Go to Profile and select Verification to complete your verification to meet Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
What are the supported POA?
Valid bank statements
Valid utility bills such as landline telephone bills and DEWA bills. Mobile phone statements are not acceptable.
Tax form, tax statement, or tax return
Pay stub that contains residential address
Valid rental agreement/EJARI
Valid title deed
Note:
Your full name on the POA must match your legal name
The POA must be your residential address
The POA must be issued within the last 3 months
The rental agreement/EJARI must be within the valid period
The POA must be a clear photo of your original POA or a PDF file
The POA must match the residential information you provided during your identity verification
The acceptable types of POA may vary with different jurisdiction
In instances where individuals reside with parents/spouses, a supplementary documentation, such as a formal attestation from the principal property owner or leaseholder, may be necessitated to validate the POA.
