精准设局步步诱导，谨防冒充官方的诈骗

冒充欧易官方人员进行诈骗的不法分子屡见不鲜，近期有骗子不断翻新诈骗手法，步步诱导，进而盗取用户资产。例如：通过法币下单再取消的方式获取商家邮箱，进而以风控等名义，引导商家把币提到骗子指定的地址；还有骗子冒充欧易官方发短信给用户，以暂停提币、风控等名义诱导用户点击相应链接。
欧易在此提醒广大用户，提高防骗意识，认准官方渠道，谨防被骗！
诈骗手法回顾
诈骗案例一：精准设局诈骗商家
Step1：骗子先通过法币下单，联系商家获取商家邮箱，然后取消订单；
Step2：之后模仿欧易官方口吻，给商家发邮件说商家被风控；
Step3：利用商家恐慌心理，让商家与自己（骗子）联系，然后引导商家把币提到骗子指定的地址；
诈骗案例二：冒充官方发短信引导用户点击链接
Step1：骗子冒充欧易官方，以暂停提币、触发风控等名义给用户发短信，诱导用户点击短信里的链接；
Step2：用户进入骗子网址后，需要输入欧易账号、密码等信息。并以“确保资金安全”为名，要求用户身份验证。
Step3：用户完成身份验证后，骗子会以各类理由告知用户验证失败，要求用户进行手动操作，把资产转入骗子指定的钱包。
如何防范？
1、勿点击不明链接：欧易不会向您发短信附带任何链接，更不会在消息中引导您进行充提、转账、登录不明网站等操作，不要在不安全网站输入您的账号密码、手机/邮件/谷歌验证码等，以防资产被骗子窃取。
2、官方验证：若遇到自称“官方人员”的电话／邮箱／微信等，可以在 App 首页点击左上角【个人中心】一【帮助中心】—【官方渠道验证】，或网页端【欧易官方渠道验证页面】进行验证。
3、发现异常及时止损：若您发现自己不小心进入了钓鱼网站，请迅速联系平台客服进行解决。 如发现自己被骗，务必及时止损，保存和骗子的聊天记录以及在诈骗平台的交易记录，第一时间联系警方处理。
