谨防新型诈骗，保护资金安全！

近期，有不法分子假冒欧易官方人员通过电话/短信/邮件等方式进行诈骗。我们整理了一些新型诈骗套路，请大家务必提高警惕，保护资金安全。
一、电话诈骗
骗子假冒平台客服，用海外或中国香港等地的虚拟号码致电用户，谎称“平台清退”、“交易触发风控”或“平台升级需迁移账户”，诱导用户将数字资产提取到“钱包”或“指定地址”。通常骗子会假冒“安全专员”，引诱用户下载xx课堂、xx会议软件，然后通过“共享屏幕”指导用户进行提币操作。骗子通过共享屏幕可以看到用户的钱包私钥信息，从而窃取用户资产。
防骗策略：
- 不要向任何人泄露您的钱包密码、私钥、助记词、 Keystore文件，以免造成资产损失。
- 涉及到任何账户资产安全信息时，切勿“共享屏幕”、“拍照截图发送”，请务必提高警惕。
- 您若遇到所谓“官方人员”的电话/邮箱/网址/微信等，您可在欧易官方渠道进行验证。
二、 钓鱼网站诈骗
骗子假冒平台工作人员，创建钓鱼网站并发布虚假信息，通过短信、邮件等方式，谎称“账户升级”、“迁移”、“清退”、“触发风控”、“资金存在风险”、“成为国际用户”等，将钓鱼网站链接发给用户，诱导用户点击链接、登录账户并输入短信/邮箱/谷歌验证码，或者诱导用户扫描二维码。一旦账号密码或验证码等信息泄露，用户账户内的数字资产将被快速窃取。
防骗策略：
- 任何引导输入“验证码”的非官方网站都是骗局。而部分钓鱼网站一经点击就有资产被窃取的可能，因此非官方网址的不明链接都存在风险，切勿轻易点击。
- 切勿在非官方网站或非官方APP上输入您在欧易平台的账号密码以及个人信息，以免被钓鱼网站或网络木马等窃取。
- 在登录网站时，不要通过搜索引擎搜索网址登录，以免进入虚假站点，可以选择手动输入网址登录。欧易官方网址为 www.okx.com
- 不要将账户密码、短信/邮箱/谷歌验证码等安全信息泄露给任何人，官方人员不会索要用户安全信息，若遇到所谓“官方人员”的电话/邮箱/网址/微信等，您可在欧易官方渠道进行验证。
