How do I reorder after the P2P payment timeout?
If your order as a taker buyer was canceled due to a payment timeout, reordering is straightforward. Here's how you can reorder quickly and securely, ensuring a smooth trading experience on our platform.
Select the Need Help option on the canceled order page
Select the I have paid but the order is canceled option
Select the Submit payment proof option to upload your payment proof
Select the Proceed option to instantly submit a replacement order
When payment proof is submitted, the following IM Cards will be sent to buyer and seller:
Buyer
Image of payment proof (appearing in the first step of reorder flow)
IM Card allowing them to place a reorder
Seller
Image proof submitted by buyer
IM Card informing seller of buyer intention to recreate order
Note:
The new reorder flow isn't available for Maker buyers.
You can submit a dispute via the link on the Raise a dispute part if necessary.
