1. This campaign shall commence on March 14, 2024, 15:00 (UTC-5) and end on April 29, 2024, 15:00(UTC-5).

2. The campaign is applicable for OKX Super and Diamond P2P Merchants trading in ARS, COP, CLP, MXN, VES, PEN currencies, and are verified in Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Peru, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Ecuador, or Chile. Participants must be approved OKX Merchants to receive the featured ad reward. Check your status here.

3. Only trades with counterparties in ARS, COP, CLP, MXN, VES, PEN currencies qualify for this campaign.

4. Participants must register by clicking the Join button on the campaign landing page. Once a user has successfully joined in the campaign, the button will change to Joined.

5. Each OKX account can only participate in one campaign at a time . If a qualifying user registers for more than one campaign, they will only receive the reward for the last campaign they registered for. We recommend that users do not participate in more than one campaign in the same period.

6. Featured ads distribution:

   1. Rewards will be distributed in the form of featured ads

      1. Rewards will be distributed within 21 business days after the end of the campaign period.

      2. OKX reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in fraudulent or abusive activities during the campaign, including bulk account openings to earn more rewards and other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

7. If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner's OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.

8. Each OKX account shall be eligible to participate once in the campaign.

9. Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.

10. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behavior in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.

11. OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion in a manner it deems appropriate, and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

12. This campaign excludes residents from the following jurisdictions: Hong Kong, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Malaysia, Singapore, Syria, the United States of America, including all USA territories like Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, and the US Virgin Islands (St. Croix, St. John, and St. Thomas), the Bahamas, Canada, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom (specifically regarding our derivatives-related services for retail users), Bangladesh, Bolivia, Australia, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Malta.
