OKX to change discount rate rules for flexible loan users

To ensure platform safety and improve precision in risk measurement, OKX will adjust the discount rates for all Flexible Loan users.

The adjustment will take place from 8:00 am UTC on August 22, 2024 to 8:00 am UTC on September 22, 2024. After the adjustment, the discount tiers will be based on crypto amounts, with each crypto assigned to its own tiers.
