Terms and Conditions

1. This campaign shall commence on March 14, 2024, 15:00 UTC-3 and end on April 29, 2024, 15:00 UTC-3.
2. Participants must have their accounts registered in Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, Peru, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Ecuador, or Chile.
3. The campaign is only applicable to OKX Super and Diamond P2P Merchants. Check your status here.
4. Only trades made in ARS, COP, CLP, MXN, VES, PEN currencies are eligible for this campaign.
5. Participants must register by clicking the Join button on the campaign landing page. Once a user has successfully joined the campaign, the button will be changed to Joined.
6. Only USDT ads can get a "featured ads" badge.
7. Merchants must make at least 300 trades with a net volume of at least 10,000 USDT within the 30 days prior to each week's giveaway to qualify for this campaign.
8. Rewards will be distributed in the form of featured ads. 1 winner will be selected every week for each currency and the ads will be live for 3 days.

• OKX reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in fraudulent or abusive activities during the campaign, including bulk account openings to earn more rewards and other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

9. Winners will be contacted through email 24 hours before activating featured ads.
10. The featured ad will be removed if at any time the Merchant’s price is 2% higher than that of its predecessor Merchant on the advertisement page.
11. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards.
12. If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner’s OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.
13. Each OKX account shall be eligible to participate in the promotion once.
14. Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate or receive any rewards.
15. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behavior in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.
16. OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this promotion in a manner it deems appropriate, and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
17.
