Activity Rules

1. The campaign starts on 21 Aug 00:00 GTM+8 and ends on 30 Sep 23:59 GTM+8 (the "Campaign Period"). The registration period starts on 21 Aug 00:00 GTM+8 and ends on 28 Sep 23:59 GTM+8

3. • Complete KYC2 identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this campaign.
   • You must click the "Join now" button and make sure the button is changed to "Enrolled" to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.
   • According to local laws and regulations, users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) are not eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Use

5. • The participant has applied to be a lead trader on or after 21 Aug 2,024 00:00 GMT+8, get approved, and become a new lead trader (futures, spot, or bot but signal bot is not included).
   • The participant's main trading account average balance must reach at least 10,000 USDT during the Campaign Period
6. The maximum prize pool for this campaign is 30,000 USDT. The rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last and until fully distributed and capped at a maximum of 2,000 USDT per lead trader.
7. Commission reward calculation: Commission reward is calculated based on the 10% of the cumulative commission generated by USDT Perpetual swap copy trading, spot copy trading activities, and bot copy trading activities from the users who copied you during the campaign period.
8. Only USDT perpetual swap and spot trading pairs are eligible for this campaign ("Eligible Contracts and Pairs"). Trading volume from Eligible Contracts and Pairs is calculated based on trading volume generated strictly from eligible user’s own funds, excluding the use of platform rewards such as rebate card, contract voucher etc.
9. Rewards will be distributed within 30 working days after the end of the activity period. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.

1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
2. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
3. Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
4. This campaign does not constitute or shall not be considered as a recommendation to deal in any products, or investment advice. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, can become illiquid at any time, and are for investors with a high-risk tolerance. Investors in digital assets could lose the entire value of their investment.
5. Please note that the value of prizes may fluctuate. Due to such price fluctuations, the value of your prize may increase or decrease in value at any given moment. OKX is not responsible for fluctuations in the value of prizes due to market fluctuations. All applicable taxes, costs, and additional expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the campaign prize recipient.
6. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
7. According to local laws and regulations, users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Use.
8. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
9. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.
10. Risk warning: Digital asset prices are subject to high market risk and price volatility. The value of your investment may fluctuate and you may lose the amount invested. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and OKX is not liable for any losses that may arise. Past performance also does not constitute a reliable predictor of future performance. 11. The value of digital assets, including but not limited to stablecoins, can and do fluctuate greatly from time to time. The value of any reward under this campaign at the time a participant qualifies for such reward may not be equal to the value of such reward at the time of distribution to the participant. Due to such fluctuations, users may experience a significant increase or decrease in the value of their assets at any given moment.
12. OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
