OKX x Upside Airpods Max Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter details: The promoter of this raffle is OKX Australia Pty Ltd ("OKX", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who attend the OKX x Upside Community event in Sydney, NSW on 5 December 2024. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of OKX are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

3. How to enter: To enter, participants must be registered for the event before the registration deadline and attend the event in person and complete the check-in process at the event entrance. Once checked in, participants will automatically be entered into the raffle. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Each individual is allowed one entry only.

4. Raffle details: The raffle will be conducted at the event on 5 December 2024 at approximately 7.30pm, with the winner announced live. The winner will be drawn at random from the raffle entries. Participants must be present at the time of the draw to win. If a participant is not present when their entry is drawn, an alternate winner will be drawn.

5. Prize details: One prize is available: One Apple Airpods Max headphones. The prize is valued at AUD 900. The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Claiming a prize: To claim a prize, the winner must approach an OKX staff member to claim their prize. If the winner fails to claim the prize or is not present at the time of draw, a redraw will occur, and the same claiming conditions will apply to the subsequent winner.

7. Prize conditions: The prize is awarded "as is". OKX makes no warranties regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, or merchantability of the prize.

8. Data privacy: By entering the raffle, participants consent to their name and email being collected for the purpose of administering the raffle. OKX will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Notice.

1. This raffle is not intended as a recommendation to deal in any products, or investment advice.

2. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.

The value of any reward under this campaign at the time a participant qualifies for such reward may not be equal to the value of such reward at the time of distribution to the participant. Due to such fluctuations, users may experience a significant increase or decrease in the value of their assets at any given moment.

5. The raffle and these terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

6. OKX reserves the right of final interpretation of the Terms & Conditions of this campaign, provided that such interpretation is reasonable.
